happy birthday to me.

linc and i stayed up until midnight. for no real reason. just wanted to do it.

now i am 23. wow. so neat... (so sarcastic) looking forward to 25 when my car insurance becomes cheaper.

so those cheesecakes i was making? turned out good and like crap all at the same time. first off, the instructions in the book never once mentioned how to tell if the middle cooked all the way through. like when baking a cake or brownies or pie, you stick something in the middle to see if it comes out clean. this recipe said to shake it. if at least 2.5 inches from the edges didn't move it was done. liars! so 2.5 inches from the edges are edible but the whole middle is as runny as before it was cooked for 45 effin minutes. needless to say, i had to go buy a cake from costco for fhe refreshments. but it turned out well since we have a few hansen birthdays in the next couple of days.

my fruit salad with 3 choices of dressings was a big hit.

and my cell phone is a piece. i had that gunther song as lincoln's ring. well for some reason, even when i have the phone on vibrate, that ring still works. happened today while at school. luckily class hadn't started yet and there wasn't that many people in the class. so i switched songs to a less embarrassing ring just in case lincoln thought it would be funny to call while class was in session. so during my next class, i texted him something and he calls back. and it rang instead of vibrating. we were having a large discussion about the tests and what not so only my table heard it.

plus, my phone keeps telling me my memory is full even though it still has 85% memory capicity left.

nothing else new. think i am gonna lay down for a bit before hitting the books.
