this weekend was smallville mania here at the hansen residence. i bought seasons 1 & 2 at target for dirt cheap. linc and i watched all of season 1 over the past week, but really got into it this weekend. friday we picked up pizza and wings from hungry howie's, got some amberbock and mike's from fry's and watched some episodes. linc passed out by 11pm so that cut the nite short but it was still fun. we watched some more on saturday after dinner with brian and judy and a trip to the mall. then we finished season 1 last night and got started on season 2 at like 10pm. it was great. btw, the title of this blog is a line that chloe says after she kisses clark, but doesn't remember what happened after. hmm, come to think of it, it was a lot funnier after a few beers.
so mister ru got a bath this weekend. it was really quite humorous. he fights at first but realizes its not getting him out of the tub so he just gives up.
went to the mall this weekend and got my first grown up makeup from the clinique counter. i've always been a cover girl girl because 1) i don't wear a lot of makeup on my face (only really on my eyes) and 2) it was cheap. but it's just not cutting it any more. i really am liking the new stuff. plus i got the free gift which has some great lotion and eyeshadow and lipstick in it. plus the little bag is adorable.
saturday night linc and i were driving by a house for sale in the neighborhood near the apartments. i pulled the flyer and almost started crying. it is going for $295K! and it is pretty much by the ghetto. it isn't even a new house. we are never going to get a house at this rate.
i am just ready for that stage in my life. i want to nest in a real house, not this one bedroom apartment. i am ready for the pitter patter of little feet. a real kitchen. an actual front yard. maybe some grass.
ooohhh it is storming again pretty bad. i don't wanna get electrocuted. i better cut my bitchin short.

hey, try desertwide.com then click on the MLS link. It brings up houses all over the valley. I found some cute ones, nothing spectacular under $200 but I don't thin those houses excist anymore.
think not thin (sorry)
P.S. Read Benny's blog about homecoming. Ah those were the sleepless nights and busy days. :D
