the boy is 3 months old today. he is weighing in at 16.5lbs and was longer than my 2ft ruler (i am too lazy to go get the cloth measuring tape from upstairs).
he is now sleeping through the night (most nights). he has been doing this for the last few weeks. he's in his crib now too. he outgrew the bassinet pretty quickly.
he laughed out loud for his daddy on 10/10 (he will giggle and coo, but saves the laugh for tickles from his dad).
he had his first zoo trip on 10/2 (he was not impressed).
he is super close to rolling over. he gets on his side and rocks and rocks but hasn't quite made it all the way over. soo close though.
he can be a bit of a fuss bucket and after going through the checklist of bottle, burp, diaper, more often than not, he just wants his cuddles. hold him real close to your chest with a light blanket over him and in his hand to rub on his face. plus his bink. happy camper.
he loves to play with my hair. sometimes he will be laying on the floor complaining and i can lay next to him and he will grab a chunk of my hair and giggle.
he's wearing 6-9m clothes comfortably now. he is in size 2 diapers but probably should be in 3. i just want to use up what i have.
lincoln calls him buddy.
he loves to blow spit/milk bubbles so gemma calls him baby bubbles.
speaking of diapers, now that he is on formula full time, he is a regular pooper. but i rarely hear him do it and even more rarely smell it. he has made quite the mess on his swing, his carseat, his playmat, and our laps. whenever i go to change him and it is a surprise poopy, he lowers his head and shows him dimples with a sweet bashful smile. just precious.
