the boy turned 4 months a week ago. he had his check up today. 17lbs 1 oz. 27.5 inches. 80% weight, over 95% height, 30% head circumference. i think he looks like he has a large noggin. but apparently not. a friend of mine said it looks like i rolled his head out of play-doh because it looks so perfectly round.
i know i really shouldn't compare, it's all in good fun, but gemma weighed a pound more but calder is an inch longer. and their heads measured exactly the same (although gem's was 75%, there must be a lot of large headed boys these days).
he has successfully rolled over all on his own once. and i totally missed it. i was laying on the floor right next to him but looking over at gemma. i heard all this fussing and looked at him and he had rolled over to his tummy and was throwing a fit. he hates being on his tummy. so everytime you put him that way he rolls right back to his back. he's getting better at it though.
he blows raspberries all the time. makes a huge mess down his shirt.
he sleeps through the night. he still stays up late but so do we.
he loves to watch his sister. dance, jump, color, eat, he just stares at her all the time.
he was a monkey for his first halloween. but shortly after had a little bout of rsv - just bronchiolitis. he's all better now.
he giggles and chatters and is just a happy boy.
